We talk today about homosexuals coming out of the closet and they are. Boy are they ever: movie stars, sports stars and everyday people. While they are coming out Christians are staying in.

   Yes, even us who call ourselves Christians are still in the closet. Is this because we are ashamed of Christ?The Bible tells us if we ashamed of Him He will be ashamed of us before His Father. Could this be because we are still babes in the Word? We do not know enough to tell someone about Him or what we believe? You would be suprised to to know how many of us say we are Christians but know so little about Christ. It is time we do what 2 Timothy 2:15 tells us to do. It is important we know about the gospel we believe. Do we even know where it is found in the scriptures? You ask the average Christian today and they will tell you Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

   The gospel we follow today is found in 1 Corinthans 15:1-4. If we do not know this, how can tell some one the plan of salvation. We must be proud to stand and proclaim Jesus. Do not worry about what people think about of us. Let us come out and live and tell people about the gospel we believe. Tell some one about Jesus today. Let us come out of the closet!
