 Senior Pastor: H Preston Parker
Pastor Parker started Victory June 15, 1975 shortly after graduating Tennessee Temple in Chattanooga, TN. He and his wife, Susan, have seen countless souls trust the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior through this ministry. Pastor Parker has five grown children and eleven grandchildren. Pastor Parker is the founder of the Victory Bible Institute.

 Associate Pastor: Dennis V Jones
Our Associate pastor is a 1970, 71, and 75 graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Brother Jones has a Bachelor of Bible degree and a Bachelor of Science in Education. He was with the pastor at the beginning of the church in 1975. Brother Jones then labored for the Lord for eight and one-half years in Alabama before coming back to Victory in 1986. He teaches the adult Sunday School class, leads the choir and congregational singing, as well as helping in the Bible Institute.
